Greetings,

It is my distinct privilege to serve as the President of New Life Youth & Family Services.  I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to our organization.   New Life has been serving troubled youth and families since 1953!  The organization was founded by Walter Haman, former state trooper and presidential body guard, as a residential program for delinquent teenage boys.  Over the years, New Life has made it a priority to continue Walter’s desire to serve these youth in an environment that gives” hope” and “new life”.  Since 1953, New Life has expanded its services to both adjudicated and non-adjudicated males, females and their families in a variety of programs.  Our newest service, starting in October 2009,  will be a girls’ residential program.  Yes, this will be the first in the history of New Life to serve girls in this way.

As a Christian organization we are committed to helping those we serve by providing them with the best residential, educational and community based programs that we can to improve their quality of life.     We have a dedicated staff that offers educational, counseling, social service and mental health programs that recognize the unique qualities of each child.

I encourage you to get to know us better and welcome you as a partner in our work.  Our web site has several options to learn more about us through our newsletter, brochure and program descriptions.  If you have questions, please don’t’ hesitate to call me anytime at 610-287-7884 extension 1769.  We are here to serve.

Thank you for this opportunity to share with you.  There is much more to tell, but I hope this gives you a flavor of what New Life Youth & Family Services is all about…

CHANGING LIVES – STRENGTHENING FAMILIES.

God Bless,

Kimberly Dent

President
